Advanced payment is required to hold your spot in any class.
The studio’s general 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all advanced reservations in all sessions, whether personal training or small group. The Tula reservation system is programmed specifically for our studio’s policies, and will not allow you to de-register from a class at less than 48 hours in advance of the class start time. If you use Tula at another studio, their policies may be different. We suggest waiting to sign up until you know you’re available to attend, even if that means signing up right before you leave to travel here, or right before a paid LIVESTREAMING broadcast class is about to happen.
The 48-hour policy does not apply to any free broadcasts, and the system will allow you to de-register from a free class up until the start of the class.
Signing up ahead saves your spot and also ensures you’ve seen the most up-to-date class schedule.
If you’re having trouble making a reservation on your own, please contact the studio and we can override the system on your behalf.

“MEMBERSHIPS” are perfect for high volume users, clients with complicated work/family schedules, or folks who need shorter financial deadlines to force themselves to workout.

▪ 3-month minimum commitment required to start (must be 3 consecutive months). Your “Month” starts whenever you pay! Want to pay on the 15th of the month? Then start your membership on the 15th. The “Unlimited” Membership level enables you to register for up to 8 small group training sessions per week.
(Can only be used for equipment & mat small group training sessions. Cannot take more than 8 sessions a week, cannot be used to pay for personal training sessions.)
Expires every 30 days. Auto Renewal signup for a minimum of 3 consecutive months is required.
PILATES CIRCUIT TRAINING [NOTE: SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19 PROTOCOLS]
Small Group Equipment Training Sessions, rotating between various types of equipment from the studio’s extensive and versatile inventory.
Single Session 1.5 FLEX Credits – Buy FLEX Credits in bulk for discount pricing — see Flex Credits menu above, or click on the “Old School” tab for info on setting up permanent reservations.
“OLD SCHOOL” Discount Options help you “LOCK IN” the same day/time small group training session to be held for you no matter what. Note: Reservations through the “Old School” track cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Advantages? Your spot is yours and is held specifically for you for all dates reserved. Even if you tell us you will be out of town, your spot will not be sold to anyone else… that way if your plans change later, YOUR spot is still there for you! At this time these “Old School” permanent reservations are only available for “Pilates Circuit Training” sessions and cannot be purchased for other kinds of small group training.
2019 Rates if paying for/reserving at least 8 consecutive weeks at a time for same days/times to be repeated – no cancellation options:
$26 per session if enrolled in 1x per week
$25 per session if enrolled in 2x per week
$24 per session if enrolled in 3x per week
$23 per session if enrolled in 4x per week
The above rates are applicable for 8 or more consecutive weeks of reservations, but cannot exceed reservations past December 22, 2019.
Note: If seeking 5 or more days a week, it’s cheaper for you to purchase an “UNLIMITED” group class monthly membership, PLUS if you oversleep or miss some classes, you can register for up to 7 classes per week! But, if you’d rather do Old School at 5 days, it will be calculated at the 4x a week rate.
Openings subject to availability, but you can select your start date! To enroll in the “Old School” track, please contact the studio to pay/register. We can set up clients to start an “Old School” discount package of classes at ANY day of the month, as long as there is a spot available in the class for at least 8 consecutive weeks from your start date.
To enroll in the “OLD SCHOOL” system, studio staff members need to put your reservations in the system to override the variables set for the folks using FLEX Credits.
